1. Do you handle manufacturing / production after a new product is developed?

Yes, we work with our contract manufacturers to produce the product.

2. How do you charge for your service?

We quote FOB price on the product even for the newly developed projects. The FOB price will be quoted based on the kind of service we provide and the complexity of the product.

We do not charge our service by commission. We do not ask for upfront fees like "product development fee". This procedure reduces your risk and ensures you only pay for the product when you have the actual product to sell.

Prototype or tooling costs, if needed for mass production, will be the responsibility of the client.

3. Do you provide graphics design for products and packagings?

Yes, our marketing director and contract designer will provide the service upon request.

4. How do you do quality control?

We will assign our quality control specialist to do quality check before shipment. We also do on-site quality-control on an as-needed basis. The quality-control report can be provided upon request.

5. Do you provide assembly and packaging service for clients?

Yes, we have contract assembly and packaging provider to do the job as per client requirements.

6. If I give you a rough sketch of my idea and concept, can you do the technical drawing for me?

Yes. We can do the technical drawing for you.
